Join Vox Culture for its opening storytelling event of the year, "Vox Storytellers: Voices on Immigration". Expanding on its popular storytelling events, the first Vox Storytellers event for 2020 aims to introduce the public to Vox Culture's advocacy goals in raising awareness on the subject of immigration and the real life stories of immigrants in Houston and America through the theme of “Finding Home."

"Vox Storytellers: Voices on Immigration", will introduce the audience and feature guest storytellers from Vox Culture's primary partners for its 2020 -- YMCA International Services, Emgage USA, the US Census Bureau, and the City of Houston's Office of New Americans and Immigrant Communities.

While this free and open to the public event will introduce the role each of Vox Culture's partner organizations' play in addressing immigration; Storytellers from these groups will also represent diverse backgrounds and view points while giving a holistic view on what it means to be an immigrant in America, and Houston, today.
