Join us for a one-night soul care retreat of being quiet in the presence of Jesus. Not too long ago, Houston was deluged by the raging waters of Hurricane Harvey. The recovery process has been ongoing, not just physically in our city, but also emotionally and spiritually. We need the voice of Jesus, “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest" (Matthew 11:28). In spacious places, find a spot for individual silence and reflection. This is a gift of rest and communion with God and one another.
The retreat begins at 9AM Tuesday and concludes at 1PM Wednesday and will include small group sharing, worship, fellowship, teaching, prayer, and spacious times in silence and solitude. It is designed to provide a spiritually enriching environment focused on spiritual formation, discernment, and renewal.
